Henry David Thoreau asks, “Can you look at your life and say you have lived? Can you say you’ve lived fully and well each day?” Yoga further asks: If you have just so many breaths, are you making the best use of your life or just passing time? Hear how you can make the most of every day and live an uplifting, harmonious life.
Thoreau: “To be a philosopher is not merely to have subtle thoughts, not even to found a school, but to so love wisdom as to live according to its dictates — a life of simplicity, independence, magnanimity and trust.”
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
