As you explore each of our multi-week seminars, you’ll find the keys to developing your own yoga practice. The material, beginning with basic higher yoga techniques and philosophy, takes you through a process which leads to the most advanced and revered yoga practices.
These mountaintop retreats, once only available to a limited group of yoga devotees, are now available to you. In addition to Ramakrishna Ananda’s talks, these online retreats contain guided meditations and other interactive material to help you progress in yoga.
The goal of both yoga and mysticism is similar — to live in a higher state of consciousness. Mystical practices and yoga techniques are complimentary, but different. These Initial Mysteries give you an opportunity to discover whether western mysticism is most natural and effective for you.
