Focus on a negative issue in your life, something that frequently bothers you. As you think on it and feel the attached emotions, visualize the light of Spirit shining and pervading the area. Practicing this daily for a week or two often allows spiritual dynamics to occur. In time, the karmic tendency will be transformed or dissolved. Spirit will saturate the situation and burn it away.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
