Solving Life’s Problems

Often our problems originate in past areas that are all too familiar to us. How do we solve these problems? Think of life as a divine play. Recognize a dialectic is occurring. Notice that there is an action moving toward a synthesis going on in everything you think and do. It is a play of duality that leads to synthesis. Perceive the play and let the resolution come. Joyfully participate.

In a sense, all our problems stem from an inability to understand and cooperate with the expression of our true self
Notice that your actions are moving you toward a resolution, either positive or negative
Identify the thesis or problem. Then turn to the antithesis (the opposite) to form a meditation practice

Holding the thesis and the antithesis in your mind forces a dynamic realization
Your individual way of synthesizing is something intuitive, a form of direct perception
Abide in the synthesis until you begin to feel the heart’s true feeling — a powerful, radiant certainty that solves or dissolves the problem
