The Holy Spirit cannot be attained but is received as a gift from God. If you are willing to receive and maintain It, your life can be transformed. The Holy Spirit is very subtle at first. It is a vibration of love or peace which will sift through your thoughts and perceptions. It will then start sifting through internal images and feelings. Let it do that. It will bless and transform you, dissolving away the ego, the false sense of self.
It is quite subtle and most people ignore It. So, pay attention to It. This vibration of peace or joy is the Holy Spirit. It knows what to do, where to go and how to get there. Allow Spirit to come through.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
