Classical kriya as taught by Patanjali helps one release old habits and live with greater soul awareness. Explore the three steps of classical kriya and discover how they can free you to experience Spirit and live with greater joy.
Kriya is what Krishna calls the ancient fire rite in The Bhagavad Gita. It means the process by which karmas get burned up faster. Kriya comes from the same word as karma. Daily kriya practice reduces karmic bondage and karmic consequences so you can live with greater soul awareness. Patanjali’s classical kriya is self-discipline, self-study (introspection) and devotion to God.
