We continue our exploration of suffering with a focus on the Lord’s Prayer and forgiveness. Forgiving trespasses and letting go of resentments brings a sense of release. Discover how forgiveness can open you to remembering your true self and finding lasting fulfillment.
Cessation of trespassing and active forgiveness are the ways out of cycles of suffering and disappointment. Yogis want to forgive to the point they are no longer feeling resentment and anger. Then they’re open to divine memory, called smriti. Your offenders will learn and be changed by their karma. You can go on to a happy life. Release the resentment. There is no forgiveness until you’ve done this. As forgiveness and release occur, you will be restored to a sense of well being and wholeness.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
