What is the relationship between yoga and metaphysics? Both emphasize: 1) that new causes bring new effects and 2) that spiritual awareness involves an ascent into higher consciousness followed by a descent (or manifestation) of that higher consciousness into daily life, health and well being.
The principle is that understanding casts out error. Let the fruits of love come. Love will reform you. You don’t really need karma if you are letting love work and move. It will be there, but the love and connection are the important thing. Let your master be the Infinite Spirit. Don’t let matter be your master.
