In the view of yogis, your motives indicate your progress on the spiritual path. Challenges come when your motives conflict — rather than harmonize — with your thoughts, feelings, words and actions. Life can be immensely enriched by examining your motives and the sense of self on which they are based.
As your motives become more refined, attributes of Spirit such as acceptance, altruism, compassion, forgiveness, kindness and sympathy more easily express in your daily life.
The yoga practices in the three Love and Joy sessions — 1 hr 51 min — can allow the strength of soul and Spirit to more fully empower and spiritualize your motives.
