There are four additional yoga paths that you may choose to do along with one of the main yogas or on their own as your personal path. These include hatha, kriya, laya and tantra yoga.
Hatha Yoga — the asanas or postures — helps you shed physical tension so you can more easily enjoy living in the harmony of body, mind and Spirit. Classical kriya, which includes a set of actions (self-discipline, self-study and devotion) is a good choice for busy folks. Laya yoga shows you how to work directly with your chakras to experience higher awareness
