RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

The Three Essentials of Yoga Success

Are you flourishing in yoga?

To succeed in yoga and live in the harmony of body, mind and spirit, one needs the cooperation and consent of three distinct participants. Yoga aspirants, in order to ensure success, seek an accord between these three partners. Discover how fulfillment in yoga and in life comes from an agreement between God, nature and your soul.

First Steps

The Consent of Three Parties

If you are not flourishing in yoga, check your alignment with three important participants. Sense once again God’s consent, nature’s consent and a deep inner consent. You need the cooperation of these three parties to be fulfilled in yoga and in life.

When you have these three consents, you become a better meditator. You are able to maintain your life force and stay balanced. You have a happy heart and a clear mind. Spirit is able to move into your awareness and bless your life. The yogi becomes an instrument of Spirit with the consent of these three parties.

  • Yoga success and fulfillment comes through the cooperation of three essential parties
  • Be open to God’s consent and cooperation in your yoga practice
  • Nature is a powerful force behind all drives. You can propitiate nature by appreciating it and serving the greater good
  • You need an ongoing consent from your deep inner being (usually felt as yearning or a call to come home)
  • Consider:  Do you have God’s consent, nature’s consent, and consent from your inner self to practice and find fulfillment in yoga?
