Jnana Yoga

Do you have a strong intellect?

More

For folks with a strong intellect, jnana yoga, the yoga of wisdom, may be the most satisfying. Yogis say that it is through maya (delusion) and ignorance that we see ourselves and the manifold universe as separate from Spirit. Jnana yoga meditation practices focus on helping you experience the peace and joy of oneness with Spirit.

Great bliss can be experienced when you truly know that Spirit is the essence of all things. Explore how jnana yoga can help you enjoy greater discrimination between delusion and Spirit. And, with practice, you may realize the oneness of the individual with infinite consciousness.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
