Unlike individual videos and audio talks, each seminar may have 6-8 episodes which guide you step-by-step from beginning, to intermediate, and then advanced practices. In this way, you have time to explore these important themes in greater depth.
These seminars also include countdown clocks and pauses which make it easier to more fully participate in the practices. Day by day, you’ll find keys to help you develop your own practice and further your spiritual progress.
There are four main higher yogas. As you learn the various practices, you’ll find which yoga is most suited to your nature and most effective in helping you develop spiritually. The kind of yoga you practice should not feel foreign to you. It should feel like you’ve come home.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
