Conscious Choices Make Life Much Better

How to choose happiness, well being and a more fulfilling life — 9 episodes

Do you ever regret choices you’ve made? Choice is one of the greatest powers we have. Conscious of it or not, we choose to answer the phone and we choose most of the friends we have. We also choose our problems, joys and miseries.

If you’re having a happy life, it is no accident. It is based on your choices. So, too, a sad or unfulfilling life is the result of choices. Generally, if we’re unhappy with anything in our life, we likely can choose something better. Each of the following sessions shows you how to make better choices, resulting in spiritual growth, joy and well being.

As you explore each of the nine sessions at your own pace, 6 h 33 m, you have an opportunity to try a variety of techniques to help you make better choices and improve your experience of life.

You Have a Choice

One of the greatest powers we have is the power to choose. It is crucial to realize that you are a choosing being. Conscious of it or not, we choose most of our friends, our problems, and also many of life’s satisfactions. When we experience misery, that also is based on unfortunate choices we have made. We are endowed with choice. If you are having a happy life, it is no accident. It is based on your choices.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
