RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Spinal Breathing

Overcome old habits with a revered spinal breathing practice

Yogis often focus on the breath and the energy moving in the spine. Ramakrishna Ananda explains the practice of stimulating spinal energy to rise and revealing Spirit within and around us.

Keys to Higher Yogas, Prana/Life Force, Awakening, Shakti/Spiritual Energy

The Kriya Yoga Practice of Spinal Breathing

One of the main practices that comes from kriya yoga is called spinal breathing. You breathe through your nose but picture that the energy/consciousness is moving in your spine as you breathe. It’s a beautiful way to meditate and an excellent way to raise your consciousness.

  • Kriya yoga frees stored karmas from our chakras and spiritualizes our lives
  • Learn spinal breathing, one of the main practices from classical kriya yoga
  • Spinal breathing vitalizes all cells in the body, moves us through the gunas, and reveals Spirit
  • This spinal breathing practice is not the kriya yoga initiation of Paramahansa Yogananda
  • With practice, we live as awakened beings moving within the vast ocean of spiritual awareness
