RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

An Essential Characteristic of a Devotee

How to strengthen your relationship with God

How strong is your relationship with the Lord of your heart? If the world were to crack in two, what would be more important, the world or your relationship with God? Discover how you can live your life knowing God is real, is truly in back of everything you experience, and more important than anyone or anything.

Bhakti Yoga Talks, Devotion

A Relationship with God

There are some who are fortunate to realize a profound, moving, exciting and exhilarating relationship with God. There is a certainty, an experience, a realization:  even if the world is all blown up, your soul goes on.

  • Discover how a devotee can have joy and be aware of the presence of the Lord
  • When a mature devotee is asked, “What is most important to you?,” their immediate response is their relationship with God
  • Even though confessing your inadequacies to the Lord may be helpful, you’ll find devotion is a higher way
  • Devotion — appreciating the Lord — opens the channel for transformation

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.

Why the Commitment?
