The lack of peace affects our ability to think clearly or make good choices. We focus here on simple steps which make it easier to have peace of mind, increased vitality and more joy in life. In this way we’re able to live in ongoing peace and help the world become more peaceful.
There is peace deep within our being now and at all times. The problem is our minds are regularly churning, keeping us locked into thoughts and emotions of past, present and future. We don’t give ourselves a chance to break through to what’s always been within us, this incredibly great treasure of profound peace.
You’re invited to explore Yoga World’s meditation talks where you can try many different meditation practices. When you find the technique that best suits you, you’ll more easily experience the peace, courage and compassion of your inner self.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
