RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

How Loving Are You?

Are you choosing to live in love?

In the view of yoga, we keep reincarnating until we learn to love. The great yogi Sri Ramakrishna taught that love and devotion are the keys to experiencing and relating to the Divine. The Bible contains hundreds of passages about love. Yoga practice helps to release the emotional chains which bind us and to discover the heart’s true feeling — unconditional love. Enjoy a meditative exercise to stimulate the love which is already within you.

Sunday Morning Sessions

Live in Love

The emotional fetters (chains) — anger, fear, guilt, grief, arrogance and prejudice — bind us and keep us aware of separateness. Through yoga practices, we learn to notice and release these chains, finding deep love. Life can be incredibly different when we choose love.

Yoga scriptures say we are meant to be children of the Divine, living in love. Through it we become happier and vastly more successful. Behind our emotional turbulence, we discover that the heart’s true feeling — love — is already alive in us. How do we contact it? I would like to share a meditative practice to cultivate the heart’s true feeling. You can learn what love is, become fully alive, and live in love.

  • Sri Ramakrishna taught that God’s love knows no bounds
  • One secret shared in the Bhagavad Gita is to direct our entire love to the Lord
  • Through intense love of God we can attain His vision and know Him intimately
  • The Bible focuses on love which transforms and liberates
  • Underneath all memories and emotions is the heart’s true feeling — unconditional love
