If you want to experience yoga and have a fulfilling life, it takes the cooperation of three parties. Sri Aurobindo calls this group the Board Meeting. Human fulfillment and success in yoga require the active, ongoing consent and cooperation between the individual, Mother Nature, and the transcendental Spirit.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
