Your Part and God's Part

How to be God’s partner in all you do

The ego is generally a barrier to spiritual realization and enlightenment. We can attune and be receptive, but it’s up to God when awakening happens. Discover how to become God’s partner — doing your part and being open to God moving and expressing in your life.

Spiritual Development
  • Yogis realize that all power comes from God:  life, consciousness, mental ability and feelings
  • Our egos are often barriers to spiritual realization and enlightenment
  • We can focus and prepare for spiritual awareness, but we can’t make it happen
  • A yogi understands and appreciates God’s essential part in spiritual awakening
  • It’s important to know what your part is and what God’s part is

Partnership

Yogis and saints have great resolve and great will power, but they always humbly surrender their will to God. God then welcomes them into a partnership. As we practice enjoying God’s presence and see God moving and expressing in our lives, we become aware of God’s grace. We discover that God is our faithful, reliable partner, and we can live a blessed life full of grace.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
