The second, involving a kite, is a classic yoga story. These parables teach us that, once aware, we can often let go of what is causing our misery.
I did dispose of the bullet and my anxieties went away. I found that lesson to be true throughout my life. Am I holding onto something that’s causing me anxiety, conflict and difficulty? Is there a way to appropriately dispose of it? Why carry around things that cause you trouble?
