Spirit Supports You

Can we become free from illusion and error?

Spirit supports everything we do — something we often are not aware of. Enjoy inspirational quotes from the Bhagavad Gita on how to meditate well. Discover that Spirit is always supporting and giving us life.

Yoga Perspectives

Spirit Is Helping Us to be Fulfilled

We often think we are alone in struggling with our many duties. Actually, Spirit is supporting us every day but often we are ignorant of Its energy, love and wisdom. In yoga we meditate to discover Spirit’s caring presence and empowerment.

Key Quotes from the Bhagavad Gita:

  • The soul is that superior nature which, dwelling in the body, observes, directs, protects and partakes of life.
  • This universe in its part and its entirety, is an emanation of Me. I am the Unmanifest. All things are of Me, not I of them. I am the Sustainer of all things
  • I am the All from which all proceeds. From Me flows out the Soul of Souls, the Universal Life. My emanation causes things to live, move and act.
  • The real self is seeking to liberate the soul personality from its bondage of illusion and error.
  • Meditating upon the real self, blended into the real self, seated firmly in the knowledge of the real self, loving the real self with fierce devotion, the wise are freed from their bonds.
