What is Yoga Metaphysics?

How to go beyond positive thinking and attune with truth

Jnana yoga leads to the awareness of Spirit everywhere. Vijnana yoga is a step even higher. Vijnana yogis not only awaken to Spirit, but express and apply it in every aspect of life. Learn how practicing the various yogas can lead to the development of vijnana yoga.

Yoga Perspectives, Metaphysics, Jnana Yoga
  • The importance of being relevant in applying metaphysics and attuning with truth
  • Learn to let go of sense dominance and the world of discord. Live in and work with Spirit as a vijnani, relating to God in all you think, feel, say and do
  • Explore how practicing the different yoga paths — raja yoga, bhakti yoga, jnana yoga, and karma yoga — can each result in a seeker becoming a vijnani
  • How experiencing harmony through yoga practice grows and develops into spiritual awareness in all that you do
  • Find out how focusing on a candle flame enables a deeper experience of harmony

A Vijnani Applies Yoga

Sri Ramakrishna said it this way:  “A jnani, a yogi of wisdom, knows that there is fire capability in wood. But the vijnani, the one of higher wisdom, not only knows that fire capacity is in wood, but he starts a fire, cooks a meal, and is nourished by it.” That’s a vijnani. Such a person knows yoga metaphysics, applied yoga. You’re aware of Spirit in everything you do and are nourished by it.
