It brings peace and joy on a mental/emotional level as we learn practices to deal with worry, anxiety and stress. We can transform negative emotional attitudes into happiness and gladness. Yoga helps us contact the immense power, goodness, joy and intuition within our spiritual nature.
Yoga is about fulfilling needs. It turns out we human beings have many similar needs. We are all striving to be happy and have a good life. Yoga helps us realize that we are not separate from one another. We don’t need to live a defensive, anxious life, protecting our life and concerns. We can be prudent and still live a confident, creative, abundant life.
