RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Experience Peace

Discover how you can actually experience and then live in peace

Yoga is about experience. Learn yoga practices that allow you to experience peace and then actually live in peace.

Spiritual Development, Peace

Realize Peace

You approach peace. Then you taste it. It comes and goes, but gradually stays and spreads. You become absorbed in it. Your whole being is aware of peace, filled to the brim with peace. It stays with you as you work and perform your activities. If peace stays with you continually, this state is called realization. You’ve realized peace.

  • To know about spiritual matters is not enough. One must experience them directly
  • Learn practices that prepare you to experience peace
  • Early contacts with peace come and go, but once you’ve tasted peace, you want more
  • One day the peace becomes ongoing and you live in peace
  • When peace is realized, it transforms you, spreading throughout your being

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.

Why the Commitment?
