A pleasant and constructive subjective mind is necessary for a happy life. Through yoga practice, meditation, and contact with the inner self, the quality of our ongoing thoughts and feelings can improve. Discover how to use yoga to become free from the mental/emotional states which limit happiness and a finer quality of life.
Yogis describe six fetters (chains) which limit our well being. The fetters (anger, fear, guilt, grief, arrogance and prejudice) are the addictive demands which must be released in order to have a harmonious subjective mind. Yoga prescribes many ways to release these chains. If we understand and deal with them, their dominance lessens and we can have a progressively delightful life.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
