RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Being in Agreement — Part 3

Are your body, mind and spirit in agreement?

Don’t let yoga practice become mechanical and absent-minded. Each day seek, establish, and maintain harmony. Then, between practices, strive to encourage and enjoy true harmony with the people in your daily life.

Yoga in Daily Life, Harmony, Companionship

Agreement Inside and Outside

Yoga is harmony and agreement, inside and out. It’s a daily seeking, a daily establishment, of harmony within, at all levels. You transcend the ego, the false sense of separateness, into an awareness of your true self. You find your true self is already in a beautiful state of harmony and agreement.

  • Yoga is harmony and agreement, inside and out
  • Yogis use the analogy of the wave and the ocean — that each person is an individual wave in an ocean of Spirit
  • In a world full of discord and conflict, yogis seek a way to agree with the Infinite Spirit and live as expressions of Spirit
  • What are soul mates?
  • Learn the yogic and metaphysical view of Matthew 18:19:  Again I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father which is in heaven.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
