Finding and Living in Wholeness

Want to feel the love, comfort and assurance of Spirit in your life?

As we practice yoga we find the energy and consciousness within us are revealing a greater state of well being. Yoga is defined as the way of wholeness — the discovery of the harmony of body, mind and Spirit. As we increase our awareness of wholeness, we awaken to the Spirit within us and feel Spirit’s love, comfort and assurance working in our lives.

Yoga Perspectives, Harmony

We are Whole in Spirit

We realize as we relate to Spirit, we were whole in Spirit before we were born and will continue to be so after we leave the body. We are whole throughout our human experience. This is a great discovery in yoga because for most people, their mind and emotions are often saying other things.

  • Wholeness can’t be achieved if the senses dominate our awareness
  • Discover how you can leave the senses and go into Spirit at will
  • Going within, one senses holiness, sacredness, the presence of the Divine, a holy atmosphere
  • Wholeness reveals the sacredness in all the experiences of life — even in disappointments and losses
  • Opening yourself and your life to Spirit in meditation, you find God is always striving to show you the wholeness and holiness of life
  • Introspect: In what ways am I not whole?
