In order to experience and ultimately live in bliss, we need to release the bliss blockers — ongoing states of need, fear, anger or ego dominance. Practicing humility is the key to going beyond ego states and living in bliss.
Arrogance and a false sense of self block us from conscious connection with God and soul. It is humility which allows us to awaken to the bliss of the inner self. The yoga practices in this series can help you move from an ego-bound focus to a blissful God-centered awareness.
