RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Humility is the Way to Bliss — Part 2

Discover how to be more receptive to bliss and ecstasy

Bliss harmonizes, balances and prepares you for higher spiritual realization. A humble ego is the key. Explore yogic attitudes and practices and open to the ecstasy of bliss.

Devotional Yoga

Bliss Will Come

Be humble, open and receptive. Bliss will come as soon as you are ready for it. If you are not ready for this experience, it is not your fault. You are evolving, developing and learning through your karmas, yoga practice and prayer life. Give your ego a chance to get out of the way.

Let it become humble and receptive to something that is already inside you — God’s grace and love. Be receptive to God, the Infinite Spirit, moving and expressing more fully and freely in your life.

  • Be humble, open and receptive. Bliss comes as soon as one is ready
  • Yoga shares many practices and methods which lead to bliss
  • Bliss contact may be brief at first. Eventually it begins to stay longer and, finally, becomes continuous
  • Bliss harmonizes, balances and strengthens you for soul and God-realization
  • Yogis encourage going beyond the bliss to the source of bliss — Spirit
  • Through humility one can find true bliss and spiritual realization

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
