Stop Chopping

How to experience the peace and joy of Oneness

There is an underlying unity of life which can be experienced. Although the details of life are important, we shouldn’t be focused on them exclusively. Explore how you can stop comparing, criticizing and evaluating in order to become aware of the unifying state of oneness, wholeness and Spirit.

Jnana Yoga

The Source of Energy and Consciousness

As you stop chopping, more peace, love and devotion naturally express. There are fewer disputes and conflicts. You become concerned about everyone’s welfare rather than your own personal satisfaction. Goodness is a part of Oneness and comes through you into the world. You gain realization of the soul within and also the soul within everyone else. Because you are not chopping, you are sharing in the source of energy and consciousness which permeates the whole universe.

  • Chopping is the habit of excessively comparing, preferring, criticizing, evaluating and focusing on myriad details
  • Stop being divisive — sense the underlying unity of life
  • As we stop chopping, more peace, love and devotion naturally express in our lives
  • In meditation, come into Oneness and release any negative tendencies
  • Spirit will gradually reveal itself as essence and substance, the Source and Cause of all that is
