State 5 — The Clear Mind

How to dissolve separation between your mind and your superconscious self

The conclusion of the series:  You Can Choose Your State of Mind. Many people think the one-pointed state of mind is all they need. However, we miss out if we don’t allow this state to mature into the habitual clear mind. Explore yoga practices that help you go beyond the limitations of the first four states of mind to the clear state. This clear state is the beginning of enlightenment in which your limited, harried mind surrenders to the pure consciousness of the inner self.

The Beginning of Enlightenment

In the habitual clear mind state, the mind has become so subtle, so calm and so attuned that it becomes a conscious part of the inner self. This is where peace of mind begins. There is no sense of separation now between the mind and your superconscious self. The mind now is like a window, so clean you don’t realize it’s even there.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
