Two Episodes

The Mystery of Tapas

What is the secret to transforming old, unproductive habits?

Is it possible to change a lifelong habit that is hurtful to yourself and others? A revered field of yoga practice — tapas — can help you create a new life by upgrading negative habits into positive ones.

  • The Mystery of Tapas #1
  • The Mystery of Tapas #2

The main focus of tapas is to melt down the old blockages, character flaws and behaviors to create something new. With tapas it’s possible to clear your mind, gain self-control and recreate your habit patterns.

A Transforming Journey

There is no limit to the transformations you can experience with tapas but you will need to do the work. Turbulent emotions can become harmonious and bring peace into your life. You may even experience higher states of ecstasy and bliss as you progress.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.

Why the Commitment?
