Arrogant people are cut off from God and their soul because their false sense of self, their ego, is in the way. As the ego becomes humble, you can awaken to the great happiness within you. Yoga practices in this series can help you shift from an ego-centered “I, I, I” focus to a humble “You, You, You” God-centered, blissful awareness.
