How to reflect the love and light of Spirit

Our hearts and minds are like mirrors that reflect our consciousness. As we practice yoga, we begin to contact our true selves. Yoga clears away distortion and confusion.

Let Yourself Reflect Spirit

Let yourself reflect the love and light that’s everywhere — the Spirit that’s omnipresent and all pervading. Learn to reflect. Begin each day thinking, “Today what will I reflect? My past or my present? The divine reality or my limitations?” Each and every day reflect.

  • Think of your mind and heart as mirrors of life and consciousness and notice that the image shining back is often unclear
  • How in practicing yoga you begin to see your life differently, more beautifully and wondrously
  • See the true reflection of who you are, a being made in the image of God
  • Cut through the distorting debris over your heart and mind by simply reflecting God
  • Begin to heal a body part or trouble in your life by thinking of it as reflecting Spirit to you

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
