RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Yogic Ways to Relate to Other People

Want more harmonious, spirit-filled relationships?

Ramakrishna Ananda describes how to bring yoga harmony into all relationships. He shows the meaning of pronam:  My soul bows to your soul.

Essential Life Skills, Harmony, Yamas & Niyamas
  • Hear how yogis relate to others, with sincerity, from their essence
  • Sympathy, compassion and goodwill for all is how to enjoy the divine play together
  • Find something to appreciate in every person you meet
  • Discover how the yamas and niyamas of Patanjali can guide us in treating others the way we would like to be treated
  • Introspect: How can I humbly relate with harmony of body, mind and Spirit?
  • A pronam demonstrates:  “I appreciate your soul in the oneness of Spirit”

Be Open to Spirit

When you practice yoga, you are open to Spirit giving you insight, encouragement and joy. So relate to people that way. Be open to Spirit inspiring you what to say, inspiring you about this person — how you can relate to them better or how you can understand them more. Be open to Spirit helping make your relationships rich, deep, and dynamic.
