Yoga and Your Personal Needs

How will your needs be met?

Yogis cultivate a sense of wholeness of body, mind and spirit. As we live in harmony with the universe, we find our personal needs are more easily met — in ways often beyond our expectations. Discover how wholeness and attunement with Spirit leads to an abundant, fulfilling life.

First Steps

Living in Wholeness and Harmony

When we are centered in the soul, Spirit moves and expresses in our lives and we move forward confidently. We live in the wholeness of body, mind and soul — and in harmony with the Infinite Spirit.

In this way, our personal needs are often fully met. You develop a life of wholeness when you discover the connection between yourself and the Infinite Spirit.

  • The way we deal with our personal needs determines our success on the spiritual path
  • When anxious our needs will not be met, we often become stuck in the heart, mind and ego
  • When confident about needs being fulfilled, the ego (false sense of self) relaxes and doesn’t block us
  • Cultivate wholeness of body, mind and spirit and live in that awareness
  • Yogis practice python consciousness, the sense that what is needed will come
  • When we live attuned to Spirit, our needs are usually met in abundance

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
