Your Vibrations

Find out how to change your vibrations and change your life

Do you ever wonder, “How are my vibrations today?” You can learn so much by becoming aware of your vibrations, the movement of life force within you. Each thought, feeling, action and interaction with others affects your vibrations. Explore how you can raise and transform your personal vibrations.

First Steps, Prana/Life Force, Harmony

Vibratory Levels

Through vibrations we’re constantly acting upon other people and, in turn, we’re  also being acted upon by the vibration of others. If our vibrations are of calmness and harmony, that calmness will be transmitted to others. The more we become committed to higher goals in life, the easier it is for us to transform our vibrations.

  • All beings are made of prana, life force
  • Each of our thoughts and emotions have a vibration
  • Find out how your vibrations affect those around you
  • The three basic types of vibrations are called gunas: tamas guna, rajas guna, sattvas guna
  • Places where people love and worship God become full of spiritual emissions
  • We can raise our vibrations and bring positive energy to those around us

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
