Dedicated yoga practice can lead to a beautiful state called sahaj samadhi where we live aware of our connection with Spirit while moving through daily activities. We can live in love as we become aware of God’s presence.
In addition to visiting these higher states, eventually we can live in them. This series is filled with practices which cultivate qualities such as serenity, awe and love, for example, which can become ongoing momentums.
Sahaj on the Dan Tien
Tai Chi, as well as yoga, works with the chakras. Through Tai Chi you can develop a sahaj which centers in the dan tian — the navel area. This focus can become a source of power, strength and energy in your daily life.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
