Supporting Yoga

Do you feel supported by Spirit?

As we practice, yoga improves our life and the lives of those around us. When we give yoga a chance, it will support us. Discover how great souls have expressed love and concern for humanity throughout the ages. Explore signs that you are being spiritually nourished. Allow Spirit to flow through you and improve the lives of those near you.

Spiritual Development

Your Life Is Improved

If you support yoga, yoga will sustain you in a beautiful interplay. As you give support, you will find yourself being spiritually nourished. Your life, as well as the lives of those around you, visibly improves. There are many signs which indicate that this is occurring in your life.

It is Spirit which is behind one’s impulse to give and help. Allow it to flow through you and bless the world. You can become an instrument through which Spirit manifests greater good into the world.

  • Support:  To carry or bear the weight of; to give courage, faith or confidence; to help or comfort; to uphold
  • Your support is a blessing which goes out to others and blesses you in return
  • In showing concern for others and trying to help, you experience enrichments in your life — a sense of wholeness instead of lack, worry, fear and anxiety
  • Sri Ramakrishna:  The great souls, deeply affected by the sufferings of men, women and children, show them the way to God.
  • Look for signs you are receiving spiritual support

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
