RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Three Yoga Vacations for You

Enjoy being renewed through yoga anytime, anywhere

Ramakrishna Ananda shares three ways you can be renewed through yoga. Practices from Patanjali and Sri Ramakrishna re-establish us on the spiritual path. We can enjoy yoga-empowering vacations whenever we like.

Yoga in Daily Life, Harmony

Do You Want a Vacation?

Dear friend, here are three vacations you can have any time you like. And they’re more renewing than most worldly vacations. With a little practice and a little relaxation, you can always feel on holiday. Would you like a vacation today?

  • Vacations bring renewal and relaxation. Be relaxed and refreshed through yoga
  • Let go of the five kinds of ideas as described by Patanjali (Yoga Sutras) and dwell in your true nature
  • Using Sri Ramakrishna’s “ego stick” practice, go beyond separate consciousness into vast consciousness
  • Stop projecting the world by relaxing the senses one by one

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
