RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Yoga Becomes Great Happiness

Enjoy techniques for finding ever-new joy

May you be blessed to discover that yoga is a path leading to peace and great joy. As Sri Ramakrishna taught and demonstrated:   After having the vision of God, man is overpowered with bliss. How do we find this bliss and joy?

Yoga in Daily Life, Happiness, Harmony, Bliss / Ananda

The Essence of Yoga

This is the essence of yoga, that these chakras awaken. There will be bliss, such a great happiness, that you cannot speak. Your awareness will be absorbed in great joy. Sri Ramakrishna said, “After having the vision of God, realizing the Infinite Spirit, man/woman is overpowered with bliss. He or she becomes silent. Who will speak? Who will explain?”
