RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

With the Buddhists in Bodh Gaya

Practices to bring more consciousness into every activity

Ramakrishna Ananda shares experiences from a day he spent in Bodh Gaya, India. He describes being inspired to dance for joy. Later he met a Buddhist monk who taught him a practice for bringing more consciousness into every activity. He shares this practice with us here.

Stories, Buddha, Joy, Higher Consciousness

God Is Great Joy

God is Spirit; God is joy. God is great joy, a wondrous joy. So I broke into a dance and began to twirl and dance around in hilarious expression of the joy I was feeling. And people began to gather from everywhere. They all ran to see this mad fellow dancing around in Bodh Gaya.
