Are you a busy person? If so, karma yoga may be the path for you
More
Karma yoga, the yoga of action, is well suited to busy people. The law of karma (cause and effect) shows us that whatever causes — thoughts, words or actions — we create will come back to us so we can learn to act more selflessly.
If we want better effects in our lives, better health, abundance, relationships, spiritual growth, we need to change the causes we create. By working selflessly, without expectation of reward, karma yogis often experience mental, emotional and character transformations. A karma yogi’s daily activities can bring them closer to God. Take a look at the ways you can grow and develop through selfless work.
