Episode 6 of 8 of the Yoga and Fulfillment Seminar — What keeps most people from living in a state of assurance and contentment? Yogis have found that when our consciousness is limited to our first (muladhara), second (sacral) or third (naval) chakra, anxiety and discontentment often dominate our emotions. Here are practices for freeing tension in the lower three chakras, expanding heart awareness, and abiding in the heart chakra.
Do you abide in your heart center? Are you comfortable living, thinking and centering in your heart chakra? When your consciousness stays in the heart chakra, it’s natural to feel love, joy, happiness and other positive emotional states. You also attract the relationships and opportunities you need. The heart chakra connects you with life at a higher level.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
