In a nutshell: after meditation, spend a few minutes in visualization, if you like. Picture whatever you think will bring greater fulfillment, harmony and well being into your life, home and community. Picture it vividly. Too often we send out pictures of our fears and unhappiness. It’s important to consciously picture what you’d truly like to happen. You’ll never forget the first time a visualization manifests. You’ll find your pictures can uplift the world.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
