We yearn for spiritual experience and our yearning gets so strong that it prevails over all kinds of other desires, fears, aversions and cravings. Our yearning makes us one-pointed. Then our energy can flow in one direction, becoming a powerful river. Our one-pointedness develops into bhakti, ongoing love and devotion.
