Would you like to stop suffering and start being more fulfilled?

We are spiritual beings born to express the beautiful attributes of our souls. Often, however, we are unaware of our true nature and thus suffer endlessly. Explore two practices which help you discover your true self. Learn how to stop suffering and live a happy, fulfilled life.

Classes in Higher Yogas, Soul/Inner Self

God Is Manifesting You

You’re a person because God wanted you to be a person. The Divine Omnipotent alone is capable of manifesting you and has chosen to be you. Wow! What a mind blower that the Divine chooses to express  and that you are one of those divinely chosen selected expressions of Its being.

  • Most problems arise because we don’t know who we truly are
  • Each time we go deep in meditation, we experience our soul
  • Patanjali teaches that when we are able to control the five kinds of ideas in the mind, we abide in our true nature
  • When meditating, feel that you’re letting go of the ego and going back to your true self
  • You’ll know that you’re expressing from the soul when truth, beauty and goodness come through you
  • Explore two practices which help you to sense pure being

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
