Motives are one of the main indicators of the condition of your heart and spiritual progress. When your motives are in conflict rather than in harmony with your thoughts, feelings words and actions, life is more challenging.
One way to enrich your life immensely is to examine your motives and the sense of self on which they are based. As your motives become increasingly more refined, attributes of Spirit including acceptance, altruism, compassion, forgiveness, kindness and sympathy express more easily in your daily life.
The yoga practices in the three Love and Joy sessions — 1 hr 51 min — can help you more easily allow the strength of your soul and Spirit to empower and spiritualize your motives.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
