In the early stages of yoga practice, staying connected to Spirit and soul while you are busy with daily activities is challenging. But there is a solution — sahaj, a natural, continuous attunement with Spirit.
How do you get to where you can experience the Divine with your eyes open, when walking or doing other activities? This series is filled with yoga practices including hatha yoga sahaj, bhakti yoga sahaj and chakra sahaj that help you stay in the mood or momentum of a profound meditation experience.
Who’s in Charge?
As your sahaj practice develops, you may realize that your soul, rather than the personality, ego or emotions, presides. You’ll know your soul is lovingly and vigilantly watching over you.
